OBS, founded by brothers Johannes and Matthias Schweizer, creates leather accessories and clothing. Their German-made designs bring together contemporary trends and concerns in a socially relevant, textile examination of today’s world.

Closely drawing from the designers’ diverse creative backgrounds, their design research involves a mix of architecture, performing and visual arts, as well as fashion and product design. Concepts that define the label are reflected in OBS’s transparent and strict manufacturing process. The idea of contemporary craftsmanship is especially visible in their leather bags: raw edges, visible seams and unlined inners.
